FAQs:

Q: My Survival Kit won't stay mounted to the wall, what should I do?

A:  Try adding extra tape or using a 'double strip' method of tape application.  Double sided tape is not supported however.

Q:  My Survival Kit doesn't glow in the dark!

A:  It's not supposed to.

Q:  My dog keeps eating my survival kit, how can I stop him from doing so?

A:  Mount the Kit higher on the wall for now.   Also, check back later for our soon to be release Animal Survival Kits.

Q:  How long will my survival kit be good?

A:  Forever. Literally.  Unless you use it, at which point you need to refill it.

Q:  My Survival Kit backlight doesn't work.

A:  That's not a question.

Q:  My backlight doesn't work, why not?

A:  Plug it in.

Q:  My backlight is plugged in and doesn't work, why not?

A:  It's probably broken, please return the full kit plus unused refill to our RMA department for a refund, or replace the bulb.

Q:  I  don't see my problem or answer described here, what next?

A:  Email us, we'll add the question and solution here.

Q:  Is there a new BIOS or upgrade patch for my Survival Kit?

A:  No.  Y2K Survival Kit Pro™ is bug-free and needs no upgrade.  If we find more features to add at a later time, we will provide free feature upgrades to registered users at that time.
